Jordan is The Arab-Palestine State r5

Jordan is The Arab-Palestine State r5

An Arab Palestinian State was implemented in 1922, when the British took away over three quarters of Jewish allocated territory and gave it to the Arabs as the new State of Jordan and they expelled the Jewish population and confiscated their assets..
Jordan is a country that never existed in history before WWI and nobody is contesting its legitimacy or territorial sovereignty and control. Jordan's territory was taken from land allocated to the Jewish people under international law and treaties and signed by the January 1919 Faisal Weitzmann Agreement. The amount of land taken away from the Jewish people for Jordan is about 78% from the total original allocation under the San Remo treaty of 46,332 sq. miles or 120,000 sq. km. The Arabs received over 6 million sq. miles. The same powers that established 22 Arab States after WWI with over 6 million sq. mi. of territory, which nobody is contesting either, The Supreme Allied powers had re-established the State of Israel in 1920 based on the 1917 Balfour Declaration as international law which emulated Napoleon’s 1799 letter to the Jewish Community in Palestine. The Arabs were allocated over 13 million sq. km. of territory with a wealth of oil reserves. On the other hand, Israel and its Jewish people have over 3700 year history. Many Nations and people are questioning Israel's control of its liberated territory. No one is mentioning that the Arab countries had terrorized and expelled over a million Jewish families from their lands; where many of the Jews have lived for over 2,900 years, the Arabs confiscated all their assets, personal assets, businesses, homes and over 120,000 sq. km. of real property which is valued in the trillions of dollars. (That includes property and land east of the Jordan River which is now the State of Jordan and no Jews are permitted to live in Jordan. Most of these expelled Jewish families and their children are resettled in Greater Israel and they constitute today over half the population of Israel.
If this is not discrimination against Israel, I do not know what is.
It seems like nobody cares about land violations in other countries in the world, but when it comes to Israel, everyone has a say. Israel's rights in the treaty of San Remo of April 1920 are in affect in perpetuity, it clearly states that the Jewish people are the only ones with political rights in the British Mandate of Palestine and that the Jewish people can live anywhere in the British Mandate for Palestine aka Israel. The UN has no authority to redraw and or recreate countries, it can only recommend (resolutions are non-binding with no legal standing) and if the recommendation is not accepted by all parties, it has no binding affect and no validity or meaning whatsoever.
If the U.S., Europe and other countries will stop meddling, and stop its criticism and involvement in the politics of Israel and the Arabs, than there will be a chance for peace.
We know the great powers are only interested in the OIL and nothing else, which is the bottom line.
In fact sovereignty of the Jews over Palestine aka The Land of Israel West of the Jordan is supported five ways:
1. By the grant of the WWI Allies of exclusive political rights in all of Palestine in trust to World Jewry on April 25, 1920, (see minutes of the conference) intended to vest and implement its sovereignty when the Jews in Palestine had attained a population majority. Prior to that time, England abandoned its trusteeship as the mandatory power, and de jure sovereignty devolved to the Jews who attained a majority not long afterwards in 1950 from the immigration of all the Jews in the Middle East who were forcefully dispossessed by the Arabs of their homes and property where they and their ancestors had lived for over 2,900 years.
2. In the opinion of world acclaimed International Lawyers Julius Stone and Steven Schwebel based on Jordan's conquest of Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem in an aggressive war and their liberation by Israel in a defensive war.
3. Under US and UK treaty law based on the Anglo American Convention of 1924.
4. In the historic way sovereignty was gained, by asserting Israeli sovereignty in 1948 and defending its territory with its blood and treasure, establishing control and stability over its claimed territory and its possession by the Jewish people of Israel
4a. The Arab Jewish agreement of January 1919 Faisal Weizmann Treaty which acknowledged Palestine as The Re-established Land of Israel.
5. Under Canon law by a gift from God, as shown in the Old Testament.

Israel must be steadfast in protecting its people and their rights r11.
Many nations and people continue to question
Israel’s control of its Ancestral, and internationally guaranteed liberated territory. (See: the Faisal Weitzman agreement of 1919). The various archaeological excavations substantiating Israel’s claim to the land.
It seems too convenient no one is mentioning the historical fact Arab countries had terrorized and expelled about a million Jewish families and their children from their countries. Moreover, it seems forgotten the Arabs illegally confiscated all Jewish assets, businesses, homes and over 120,000 sq. km of Real estate property. (Hitler would have been proud).
Like the American Indian “Trail Of Tears”, many of the Jews terrorized and forcefully ejected from Arab countries died due to hardship, famine and starvation during their effort to get to
Israel. More importantly, it cannot be ignored many of the expelled Jewish families had lived in the Arab countries for over 2,900 years. Longer in fact than the very Arabs who were expelling them. Most of the expelled Jewish people, their children, and families were resettled in Greater Israel and today account for over half the population of Israel.
The Homes and Land the Arab countries confiscated from the Jewish people totaled approximately 120,000 sq. km., or 46,332 sq. miles; which is over 6 times the size of
Israel. The value of the confiscated Jewish assets, land and homes today would be worth trillions of dollars.
During the 2,900 plus years the Jewish people and their children lived in Arab countries they suffered Pogroms, Libel claims, beatings, be-headings, false imprisonment and extreme hardship as second class citizens. Jews had their businesses, homes, and houses of worship pillaged and burned. Their wives and daughters were raped, Arabs sold them as slaves, and Jews were forced to either convert to Islam or be murdered. This trend of terrorizing Jews by the Muslims, goes all the way back to the Jews in the Jewish city of Medina (today Saudi Arabia) in 627 CE after the Muslim religion was first created by Muhammad and the city was taken over by the Muslims as their second holiest city.
The Arabs received over 6 million square miles of territory after WWI, which contained a tremendous resource of oil reserves. History proves Israel territory extended all the way up to Iraq, which would make the land and all those oil reserves belonging to the Jewish people. Yet, Arab nations are no longer satisfied with the gift of land and oil to which they never had legal claim. Now, Arab nation are demanding more land and more compensation.
Furthermore, the Arab countries are not satisfied with having once terrorized and chased away the million Jewish families and their children. Now, the Arab countries want to chase the Jews away from their own ancestral and historical land. (You have murdered them and now you expect to inherit their assets).
Israel must respond with extreme force to any and all violent demonstration and terror. Israel's population is entitled to, and must have peace and tranquility without intimidation by anyone, at any cost.
The Jewish people have suffered enough in the Diaspora for over the past 2,400 years. It is time for the Jewish people to live as free people in their own land without terror and violence.
It is long overdue and about time to consider and realize that the only realistic solution for a peaceful coexistence in
Israel is a population transfer of the Arab-Palestinians. It is time to transfer said “Arab-Palestinians” to the territories the Arab nations confiscated from the Jewish people. Also considered to receive said “Arab-Palestinians” should be Jordan which originally was Jewish territory and illegally given 78% of the 120,000 sq. km. Jewish territory to the Arabs as a new state.
It is time, nay, past time to settle this dispute once and for all. Instead of utilizing all the financial aid and resources for conflict and terror, the financial aid and resources must be used for relocation, housing and new industry. In so doing, the “Arab-Palestinians” will realize a boost in their standard of living and be able to finally stabilize their lives, thus benefiting the host countries as well. Many Arab leaders have suggested these solutions for many years.

Two States - Greater Israel for the Jewish people and Jordan for the Arab-Palestinians and over 120,000 sq. km. formerly Jewish land in Arab Countries
Two States - Greater Israel for the Jewish people as guaranteed by International law and treaties after WWI which also allocated over 13 million sq. km. to the Arabs with a wealth of oil reserves and Jordan that was originally part of the territory allocated to the Jewish people under 1920 international treaties and Jordan has 75% of its people are Arab-Palestinians and the homes and over 120,440 sq. km. or 46,332 sq. mi. (6 times the size of Israel and valued in the trillions of dollars) the Arab countries confiscated from the million plus Jewish families they terrorized, persecuted and expelled from Arab countries and confiscated all their assets valued in the trillions of dollars. Those expelled Jewish families were resettled in Israel.
That should settle the refugee problem once and for all.
But the Arabs will not be satisfied until they get all of
Israel without the Jews and they do not hide their intention.

If IDF wants it could turn all the roads and infrastructure in
Gaza to rubble, so count your blessing and be aware that pushing the envelope too far will have dire consequences for Gaza.
If you check history, you will find that
Gaza was Jewish territory.

Arab terrorists - Itamar massacre: Fogel family butchered while sleeping
Names of Itamar attack victims cleared for publication Saturday evening: Udi Fogel, 36, Ruth Fogel, 35, and their children Yoav, 11, Elad, 4, and three-month-old Hadas were stabbed to death. Surviving kids staying with grandparents.

Israel has faced over 22,900 terror attacks since September 2000, when a wave of terror started against Israeli citizens right after Arafat was offered an independent Palestinian state.

Well put. The Arab-Palestinians have shown time after time that they cannot live in peace with Israel. They refuse to even let Israelis pray at Israel’s holiest site. Even when Israel gives into their demands they act likes animals. They should be removed from Gaza and the West Bank permanently.

First off, the League of Nations essentially "invented" international law based on the 1920 San Remo resolution that incorporated the Balfour Declaration as International Law confirmed by the August 1920 Treaty of Sevres Article 95, and it implemented the Jews legal right to settle anywhere in "Palestine" in the mandate of 1922. Second, Article 80 of the UN Charter forbade it from making any arbitrary changes in the prior League of Nation's mandates. Third, the reason why the Fourth Geneva Convention convened on August 12th, 1949 was because Israel had just unexpectedly won the 1948 war waged against the new Jewish state, and as result expanded by 30%, and a few hundred thousand Arabs chose to leave. Note that it had not convened between 1945 and 1949 to condemn Russia for annexing captured territories, nor for the expulsion of 12 million ethnic Germans from places many had lived for centuries. The 4th Geneva Convention has never been directed against anyone but Israel. It was convened solely for that purpose and has no legitimacy as a result.

Mahmmoud Abbas and his Arab Palestinian authority are a terrorist entity and anyone who condones them is supporting terror and violence.
Mahmmoud Abbas is a convicted murderer who is an escaped convict and belongs in Jail. Stop patronizing Abbas and start applying what he deserves, to be put in jail.
He gladly admitted for sponsoring the Munich massacre and other terror acts.
The Arab PA is no different than Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

There will never be a second Arab-Palestinian State West of the Jordan River; they have Jordan which is Jewish territory.
Anyone who thinks about putting another terrorist entity in Judea and Samaria aka West Bank, needs to have his head examined and any government considering such a proposal must be replaced.
Such a move is suicidal to Israel in view of the results from Gaza with thousands of rockets attacking Israel and the continued terror and violence incited by Mahmmoud Abbas and his followers.

The 13 indisputable facts about Jerusalem you probably should know

The city of Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital of the Jewish people 1600 years prior to the establishment of Islam.
Mohammed never set foot in Jerusalem
Jerusalem has never been an issue for so-called “Arab-Palestinians.”
The entire idea of a “”Arab-Palestinian culture” is a fiction.
These facts counter every argument that is thrown in Israel’s direction about the “ancient” connection to Jerusalem of any Arab people.
Jerusalem has always been the central focal point of the Jewish people at weddings, holy days, and daily prayers.
Jerusalem will always be the heart of the Jewish people.

Mahmmoud Abbas – the terrorist - the Arab PA leader convicted murderer belongs in jail.

Local Arabs is the description of the Arabs in what was formerly known as the region of Palestine, which is The Land of Israel.
It is an insult and it is promoting the perpetration of a fraud by calling the local Arabs nothing else than local Arabs. Prior to the mid sixties they were called Arabs all of a sudden they woke up one morning and decided in order to promote their fraud and deception to assume the title the Jews had since the Romans renamed the Land of Israel Palestine and Jerusalem Aelia Capitolina.
YJ Draiman

P.S.
The Arab countries leaders do not want the Arab-Palestinians in their countries and they will agree to any deal that will keep them away from their countries. Most Arab-Palestinians came from the Arab countries into the Land of Israel in the last 120 years. Look what happened in Kuwait; the employed over 400,000 Arab Palestinians, but when Sadam Husein of Iraq invaded Kuwait, they supported Iraq and not their hosting country Kuwait.

There will never be a second Arab-Palestinian State West of the Jordan River; they have Jordan which is Jewish territory.
Anyone who thinks about putting another terrorist entity in Judea and Samaria aka West Bank, needs to have his head examined.

If the U.S. was conquered by various nations over a thousand years plus and than some outside forces helped Americans defeat the occupiers and regain its sovereignty and set up the American U.S. government again, would you consider the Americans as occupiers.
I will take it a step further. Many Americans who were displaced by the occupying forces in America were forced out of their homes and returned to the U.S., would you consider them occupiers or people returning to their homes.
If Mexico which had numerous wars and battles with the U.S. decided to fire thousands of rockets against the U.S., would you tolerate it or you would demand your country respond with extreme force at all costs, no holds barred and stop this rockets and terror attacks against Americans and women and children.

The Arabs in The Land of Israel are illegal squatters. Illegal intrusion. Illegal Trespass

The Arab-Palestinians word and deed are contradictory.

By using the term Palestinians, you perpetuate the myth that they are called that. They are Arab or Muslims or both nothing more, there is no collective name. Extinct is what they will be if they keep pissing Israel off or try to attack Israel in a big way, e.g. war, as the Muslims in the West bank aka Judea and Samaria keep threatening. Not sure how much longer Israel will tolerate them. If it were me, I'd take the army in and kick them out of Gaza and Judea and Samaria aka West Bank, and march them to an Islamic state and fence them in there.

The tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart. So be careful with your words.”

In all the Arab/Muslim countries there are maybe 500 Jews left with the exception of Morocco. But Israel has over one and one quarter of a million Arabs who live there in peace with all the benefits all Israelis receive. The Arabs have a Supreme court Justice in Israel and many Arab members of the Israeli Parliament, there are also Arab mayors and Arab Political parties. Can you show me any of this type of treatment of Jews in the Arab/Muslim countries? On the contrary, the Arab Muslim countries terrorized and expelled over a million Jewish families who lived there for over 2,800 years and confiscated all their assets, including personal valuables property, businesses, homes and over 120,000 sq. km. of Jewish owned Real Estate for over 2,600 years (which is 6 times the size of Israel and valued in the trillions of dollars, they also took Jewish territory east of the Jordan River which is Jordan). Most of the million expelled Jewish families were resettled in Israel, and today comprise over half the population. The Arabs received over 13 million sq. km. after WWI with a wealth of oil reserves. The Arabs/Muslims controlled and occupied Spain for over 700 years, how come they do not demand Spain as Arab/Muslim territories.
The U.S. is fairly a new country in the past 250 years. All that occurred after Americans killed most of the American Indians who are the indigenous people of the Americas. The Americans fought numerous wars against Mexico and its occupiers and now claim Texas, California, etc. as their country. The same applies to numerous European countries and other countries throughout the world that have taken territories from other nations and now claim it as theirs. The Jews have a history with The Land of Israel going back over 3,000 years, two Jewish Temples with continuous habitation.
It is time for a population transfer of the Arabs just like after WWII millions were relocated. Stop deluding yourself about peace and coexistence. Past 70 years have proven that the Arabs are not interested.

I am somewhat surprised at all the commotion regarding the U.N non-binding resolution 2334 (U.N. Resolutions which is non-binding and have no legal standing) which condemns (without legal power and in violation of the 1919 treaty signed by Faisal and Weizmann) Jewish Communities and Settlements in the West Bank aka Judea and Samaria.  It should be noted Israel regained land and rebuilt communities previously taken from it illegally via the Defensive War of 1967 when it had to defend itself from an unprovoked attack from Jordan.  If the U.N voted a resolution declaring the Vatican as Muslim territory, is anyone going to abide by it?

According to my research, the U.N. Charter only provides for the recommendation(s) of a non-binding Resolution, with no legal standing. In fact, the U.N. has absolutely no legal standing or power to enforce any non-binding Resolution(s).  Furthermore, it cannot be ignored that the U.N. has recommended hundreds of non-binding Resolutions against Israel with no legal, or factual standing to support said Resolutions. There is also the U.N. Article 51 which provides countries for defense against attack. The U.N, and the ICJ have no appeal process and that is against every Democratic law. Their opinions and non-binding resolutions are based on false information; there is no procedure to remedy the erroneous biased non-binding decisions which have no legal standing.

Israel is on solid legal and historical ground as far as its' territorial boundaries west of the Jordan River.  In fact, history proves Israel has both a legal and historical claim for a lot of land held by Jordan. See the January 1919 Faisal Weizmann Agreement. (Check British archives which provides evidence how the British defrauded the Jewish people of their complete Historical territory – See The Rape of Palestine by William Ziff)
I think the U.S. should return the country back to the American Indians and Mexico. The European countries and others should return all the territories they took from other countries and so should other countries.

If Israel citizens are on disputed territory in Israel so are the Arab nations on disputed territory. At the April 1920 both The Jews were allocated Palestine with no boundary restrictions and the Arabs received over 6 million square miles of territory with a wealth of oil reserves; if you should dispute one you dispute the other both were allocated at the same time and accepted..

The World at large has for thousands of years wrongfully and maliciously persecuted the Jews, confiscated and stole their assets including personal valuables, homes and Real Estate property. The world at large will try and push us around if we let them. It is time to put an end to such biased unjustified and deliberate persecution.

All the distortions of history up to and including modern day, by biased nations relying upon deceptive, fictitious make-believe facts and wishful beliefs, must not be tolerated any more.  While most of the biased world continues to unjustly assail Israel; the nation of Israel contributes to the world a substantial amount of advancement and technology in all fields, including medicine, energy, water desalination, IT, and much more.

Today the Jewish State of Israel has the man-power and the resources to defend itself against most world powers, with the help of the almighty. Thus, it is time for us Jews to become unified and stand up for ourselves as was done during the days of Moses, King David and King Solomon.

We are supposed to be "a stubborn nation" (Am Kshey Oref). Let us utilize our "stubborn" resolve with a strong backbone steeled with our unwavering faith. If we stand our ground without capitulations, we might encounter some obstacles and suffer some set-backs. But in the long run we will be stronger and the world at large will respect us more.

We must overcome the "Diaspora victim mentality" we have too easily accepted over thousands of years.
It is time for all Jews worldwide to raise our heads, and steel our resolve as a proud nation with proud people with our ancestral Jewish code and tradition.

The Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995[1] is a public law of the United States passed by the 104th Congress on October 23, 1995. It was passed for the purposes of initiating and funding the relocation of the Embassy of the United States in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, no later than May 31, 1999, and attempted to withhold 50 percent of the funds appropriated to the State Department specifically for "Acquisition and Maintenance of Buildings Abroad" as allocated in fiscal year 1999 until the United States Embassy in Jerusalem had officially opened.[2] The act also called for Jerusalem to remain an undivided city and for it to be recognized as the capital of the State of Israel. Israel's declared capital is Jerusalem, but this is not internationally recognized, pending final status talks in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. The United States has withheld recognition of the city as Israel's capital. The proposed law was adopted by the Senate (93–5),[3] and the House (374–37).[4]
Since passage, the law has never been implemented, because of opposition from Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama, who view it as a Congressional infringement on the executive branch's constitutional authority over foreign policy; they have consistently claimed the presidential waiver on national security interests.
Let us see if President Donald Trump will bring to fruition this Act.

It is amazing how the liberal left is going on a witch hunt against Bibi every chance they get.
They the liberal left have given up on
Israel, they have violated every Jewish tradition, they want to destroy Israel, and they have no morals or family values, what a pathetic group. Where is the comraderie and harmony - Shevet Achim Gam Yachdav.
It is enough that the Jewish nation has to contend with the biased anti-Semitic world at large. Stop stabbing each other in the back, it is counterproductive and harmful to
Israel and its people.

The liberal left in Israel is just as bad as in the U.S. the will do anything to try and destroy the opposition and they do not care if they destroy the country in the process. A witch hunt is a witch hunt that is what it is. The reason we have terror attacks and Gaza is the fault of the left, the reason we have terror and violence and a terrorist Arab PA with a convicted murderer as its leader is the fault of the left. Anyone willing to give Jewish territory to other people is a traitor to the Nation of Israel. Ben Gurion stated that if a Jew concedes Jewish land it is not valid. The Oslo Accord is null and void as pronounced by the murderer Abbas in the U.N. in 2015.

Almighty G-d, Lord of Israel You have given us this good land for our heritage. We humbly ask You that we may always prove ourselves a people mindful of Your favor and glad to do Your will. Bless our land with honorable endeavor, sound learning and pure manners. Save us from violence, discord, and confusion, from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way. Defend our liberties and fashion into one united people the multitude brought here out of many nations and tongues. Endow us with the Spirit of wisdom those to whom in Your Name we entrust authority of government, that there may be justice and peace at home, and that through obedience to Your law we may show forth Your praise among the nations on earth. In time of prosperity fill our hearts with thankfulness, and in the day of trouble do not allow our trust in You to fail. Amen.
